Programmes that run
on evidence.

Write the rules, enrol farmers with their consent, pay support as input vouchers within budget, and see each period what was issued, redeemed and recorded, on a season record the farmer keeps and the next programme can reuse.

The cycle

One programme,
parcel by parcel.

Ten applicants on the map, from the published rules to the season counted.

  1. 01

    Rules, with their source.

The programme writes its eligibility rules as plain conditions, each citing the article of the official text it comes from.

  2. 02

    Eligibility, explained.

Each applicant sees, criterion by criterion, what passes, what blocks and which document is missing.

  3. 03

    Consent for this programme.

Nothing is assessed or paid until the farmer agrees, for this programme and this purpose. Withdrawing the agreement pauses the file.

  4. 04

    Support that buys inputs.

Support is paid as an input voucher: only the categories the programme allows, only at registered input points, never cash.

  5. 05

    Tranches within budget.

Each tranche is checked against what remains in the budget, and a repeated request is never paid twice.

  6. 06

    The season, counted.

Each period the programme sees who is enrolled, what was issued and redeemed, and which field activities carry evidence beyond the farmer’s own declaration.

Rules you can read

A reason
for every answer.

Rules in plain words.

Each condition is a sentence that cites the article of the programme text behind it. A new version of the rules keeps the previous one on record.

Checked before applying.

The applicant sees what passes, what blocks and which document is missing, with its source, before the file is sent.

The decision stays with the programme.

The system applies the rules and explains each result. The programme authority writes the rules and approves each payment.

Support

Support that buys
what it should.

Only what the programme allows.

A voucher buys the input categories the programme lists, at registered input points, and cannot be turned into cash.

Never paid twice.

Each tranche is checked against what remains in the budget, and a repeated request is recognised and not paid again.

No programme money with us.

The programme’s payment partner pays. AgroConform records the instructions and reconciles what was issued with what was redeemed.

On the farmer’s side

Help on the parcel,
never on the money.

Advisers help, they do not handle money.

Advisers working for a programme can record field visits and recommendations. They cannot change financial data. Capture with the cooperative

One programme, one purpose.

A file is not assessed or paid until the farmer agrees, for that programme and that purpose. Withdrawing the agreement pauses the enrolment. Who sees a farmer’s record

Visible on the farmer’s phone.

The farmer sees who acts for them and which programme they agreed to, and can withdraw from the same screen.

Reporting

Every figure
with its source.

Counts you can trace.

Each period shows who is enrolled, what was issued and redeemed, and how many field activities carry evidence beyond the farmer’s word, with the record types each count comes from.

Your analysis, your tools.

The field records behind each count can be exported for the programme’s own analysis.

Change over seasons is counted elsewhere.

Change over several seasons, on the farm and on the land, is counted with the definitions set out on the Impact page. How we count

Who does what

Four roles,
kept apart.

The programme decides, partners deliver and pay, and AgroConform keeps the record straight. Why we keep roles apart

What about farmers without a smartphone?

An adviser or the cooperative records with them, offline and in their language, and the farmer confirms.

Which farmers can enrol?

Farmers who belong to a cooperative or a producer organisation, enrolled as members.

Do we keep our own systems?

Yes. Field records export for your own analysis, and your payment partner stays the one who pays.

Who owns the data?

The farmer. Each programme sees what the farmer agreed to share, for that programme’s purpose.

What does AgroConform not do?

It does not choose beneficiaries, approve payments, hold funds, sell inputs or buy harvests.
