Delegated capture

On their behalf.
In their name.

A member without a smartphone still ends the season with complete records. A field technician captures them in Andika, with the member present and after the member agrees.

Each entry belongs to the member’s season and shows which technician captured it, and when.

  • Consent before the first entry.

The technician records how and when the member agreed, before anything else is entered.

  • The season stays theirs.

If the member later uses Andika on their own phone, the records captured for them are already there.

Collection day

Every kilo
has a member.

At the collection centre the scale, the moisture meter and the grade go straight to the member’s ticket. The work ends with an assembled lot and each member’s share of it.

  • Weighed, not estimated.

Net weight comes from the scale ticket, gross minus tare, never from a declaration.

  • Graded at intake.

The grade is set at the centre, with moisture and impurities on the same ticket.

  • Shares that add up.

Each member’s share is their net weight over the lot total, so the lot adds up to 100 %.
