Useful in the field first
If it does not save a farmer or a technician time on the parcel, it does not ship.
We started with a simple observation: every season produces knowledge, and most of it is lost before the next one. AgroConform keeps it with the parcel, where it can serve the next decision.

A notebook in the cab, a voice note to the adviser, a receipt from the input shop, a spreadsheet at the cooperative. Each holds part of the season.
We bring those pieces to the place they describe, so the season can be read in order, from sowing to sale.
With the farmer’s consent, the same record answers the cooperative, the bank and the buyer, each with the part it needs.
Advisers, field staff and our own assistant inform a choice. The farmer, the lender or the insurer makes it, and owns it.
Selling inputs and buying the harvest are separate roles. When a party the farmer does not own holds both, the margin moves away from the farm. We keep the roles apart, and we trade neither.
The record stays the farmer’s, is shared only by consent and can be checked on a public ledger. Each institution judges it with its own rules.
If it does not save a farmer or a technician time on the parcel, it does not ship.

Local crops, seasons and institutions shape the product. The same foundation carries new crops, regions and countries without starting over.
